Safety First!
At TIME Service, occupational safety is not just a written word in the management system, but a lived practice throughout our entire workforce. Last year, we placed a strong focus on retraining all of our employees in Germany and abroad. More than 150 employees were trained and further qualified in all relevant areas of occupational safety:
- LSS team training
- project management training
- supervisor training
- working in confined spaces
- risk assessments
- project preparation
- slinger training
- forklift training
- and much more.
In regular, clearly defined inspections, construction sites were examined and audited both by the management and by external experts with the aim of optimizing the preparation and execution of projects in terms of occupational safety for all employees..
Working safely, especially in the high-risk area of catalyst handling in non-breathable atmospheres, depends on well-trained inert entry teams, well-maintained and certified technologies and professional interaction with our customers. We are well prepared for the new year and look forward to the upcoming projects.
